This project is to convert an existing website into a Drupal template format. I will give you the HTML/CSS template, together with all the text and image content, and you are not asked to do any design work - simply convert what is there. It's a very simple site, just a few pages of static content, plus an email form and a customer comments page, so I would expect this to be an easy job if you are experienced in Drupal.
