Convert PSD template to Wordpress Theme

Hi all, I need a very experience coder to convert a PSD template into a wordpress theme. *THE CONVERSION FROM PSD TO WORDPRESS MUST BE PERFECT!!! This is what you will need to do: -Need to create a one page responsive website with a floating navigation menu. -Need to create a slider with 3 images which will be provided.
