Create Wordpress form wizard with web service (private for an8x)

As discussed via chat. You will create a 8 page wizard in Wordpress. This wizard communicates with a SVC service to generate a result ID, this result ID has te be looked up in the database to generate a result for the customer. We will provide a sample script, working WP 4 install, some info and credentials. We will provide a sample PDF with description how it has to be designed. We will add the the design elements and make them working so the result looks exactly like in the PDF (and sample program). You will add an editor or something so we can edit the 8 form pages easy.
