Create new website in Wordpress

We are looking for a skilled and experienced website developer to create our new company website in wordpress similar to the following reference website: www.idea2appstore.com. It is of crucial importance that the website is made suitable for mobile devices (iphone, android, ipad etc) and the developer should be able to demonstrate his experience in creating mobile ready websites. The website will contain max 10 pages, should also include contact forms, include a functionality where we can produce random (weekly) text pieces/quotes on behalf of our twitter account and ideally google analytics also needs to be integrated into the website. Although initially the website will only be available in English we do want to have the functionality built in where we can show the website in various languages. The site must be SEO Optimised. We will provide the content (primarily text) for the website and developers will need to create the website to match our logo.
