Create an online loan decision management tool

Thank you for considering this project. We are a diversified family business group whose companies provide a variety of financial services. Providing loans is a major part of our business and we are seeking assistance developing an online platform to help us manage the flow of financing applications. This project involves the design of an online platform that allows our business to manage our loan documentation and decision-making process. The final product will be an online platform on which we can do the following: 1. Submit loan applications to credit committee members (uploading documents, photos, and spreadsheets 2. Review and approve loan applications 3. Restrict access to sensitive documents when needed 4. Store and archive documents and decisions 5. Notify members of deal teams and committees when certain events take place (via email) 6. Provide data regarding deals that can be easily exported to third party applications (e.g., the ability to export credit decisions to client management software) 7. Provide users with dashboards that show deal queues, to-do's, deadlines, and other information about the population of loan applications. I have worked with similar products in the past and will be able to provide detailed guidance regarding features and processes. Developers with experience designing similar products are preferred. Communication via Google hangout, Skype and/or telephone (in addition to electronic communication) preferred.
