Create template and three websites based on template

First you have to create template. After template gets approved (first milestone) you will create three websites based on that template. Preferably, you will send us websites one by one so we can create additional milestones (second, third and final milestone) or you can send us all websites at once if you don't want many smaller payments. Design requirements for template and each website are marked on .png mockups and described below. Principle of work for systems you need to integrate in each website is described below. Attached .png images are only mockups, DO NOT use them as tracing images. Website needs to be compatible with Linux hosting servers, PHP version 5.3 and MySQL version 5.0. Full copyright transfer required. Basic design requirements: 1. clean code (markup) - keep CSS external, strict DOCTYPE etc.; 2. flat and responsive web design: 2.1. flat - without drop shadows, gradients, textures etc., 2.2. responsive - mobile version follows desktop version (use CSS3); 3. uncluttered and easy to use - use a lot of spacing between elements etc.; 4. use only HTML5, CSS3, no Flash. Basic requirements for template (marked on [login to view URL]): 1. website with four categories (Web Page 1, ..., Web Page 4), each category with three sub-categories (Web Page 1.1, Web Page 1.2, Web Page 1.3, ..., Web Page 4.3), easy to add additional sub-categories; 2. sliding image gallery; 3. fixed header bar; 4. fixed page width; 5. formatting for headers, text, tables, images, ordered/unordered lists, links etc.; 6. blue color scheme for certain elements (for example header bar and links) but prevailing color should be white (use a lot of white spacing); 7. contact form with basic functionality (users can send emails to website administrator and administrator can reply on emails), not integrated in content management system (CMS), on a separate page, and with fields - first name, email address, message and test to determine whether or not the user is human. Requirements for mobile version: 1. design follows desktop version (use CSS3), 2. ability to switch to full desktop version. Additional requirements for each website are described in requirements.pdf.
