I need to create two responsive wordpress webpages. It should follow w3 standards, and tested in w3checker and fix if there are any issues. Load time should be less. I want a clean HTML, CSS with sliders, popups. It should be completed in next 3 hours. This is a sample project and it leads to more projects to keep the hired freelancer busy with more projects upon successful completion. No initial milestone payment.
