Details:
1) Users need to be able to search multi-criteria, reserve, and pay online
2) Owners need to be able to post properties for rental including a description of the property, select the property category, amenities, google map, edit the availibility calendar and upload pictures for viewing
3) Simple KISS Web 2.0 layout slightly different colors
4) Hack/spam proof site and contact forms (captcha)
5) Perfect navigation - back and forth, refine searches, popular searches
6) Payment gateway paypal and others
7) Rental calendar (user friendly)
8) Exact pricing details for renting seasonal rates (low season/high season, etc...) + additional persons, other fees, etc determined in admin
