Cross Browser Compatible Live Radio Player on Wordpress

I need a cross browser compatible radio player or my site. The player will need to work like the player at [login to view URL] Our site is built on Wordpress. We have custom post types setup and when we add a new station via add post we will add a link to a .m3u file via the custom field section. The player will need to pull in the m3u playlist and stream the radio station when the user clicks play. The player will have to be graphically designed to a high standard. The player will need to be compatible in all browsers and work on the iPhone and iPad . THIS MUST WORK IN ALL BROWSERS. Please bid and message me on how you intend to make this possible
