This website is for the "owner" side only. We need a software integration into Joomla 2.5 that allows property owners to "manage" their properties and track income/expenses with the ability to pull reports. We DON'T need to display properties upfront Competitors: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I DON'T need something as advanced as these products but it should give you an idea. Requirements: --Ability to have separate accounts for each property owner --Ability for each account owner to enter properties into their area (some properties include several "units" within the same address) --Ability for each account owner to submit "expenses" and "income" for each property and have that information available for preview in a table/chart --Ability to pull several different reports based on information submitted (profit, loss, expenses, categories, etc)
