Custom Web App + Integration with Affiliate Program (PHP)

My site will allow customers to custom create their own cosmetic products by selecting ingredients from a list and then entering how many drops of that ingredient the end product should contain. The user will first select what product they are creating (i.e. lotion, air freshener, etc) and then have some way to select from a list of ingredients and tell the program how many drops of each ingredient the final mix is to contain. I need a sort of "Admin" back-end where I can easily add, modify, put out of stock, etc ingredients as well as add, delete and modify the categories of products available (the lotion, etc mentioned above). Id also like to be able to put limits on the number of drops permitted into the creation... individually for each ingredient as well as a cap on total drops in the entire mix. I should also be able to enter a cost per drop for each ingredient as well as a base cost for each product (i.e. if the user selects "Lotion" the base cost = $xx and then the system adds $.xx for every drop of ingredient added, depending upon the ingredient). As the user adds drops to their mix, there should be a $[login to view URL] displayed somewhere showing them the total cost of their mix so far, updated each time they add/delete/modify ingredients in the mix. As the user builds the blend, a running list should be displayed somewhere within the program showing the current integrand listing (along with number of drops for each ingredient) which gets updated as the user adds ingredients or modifies the number of drops of already selected ingredients. The user should be able to easily modify and delete ingredients right from this list. The program should have an optional signup/login module so that customers can save their creations for future ordering/modifying. It also needs an internal shopping cart of sorts so that the customer can add their creations and create more as desired. Id like for customers to be able to "load" items from the cart, back into the software so that ingredients can be edited. ## Deliverables The program should also allow for "dynamic" creation of products by pulling variables from the web address (ie. [login to view URL]$\_MY Blend;product$\_Lotion;ingrediant1\_10;ingrediant2\_14) The software should have a "Share" area that creates links real time as the customer is creating their blend which allows for FB sharing as well as html linking. The program should also integrate with an affiliate program that I've already installed (php) so that affiliate commissions can be tracked. Id love for the program itself to be fairly "dynamic" and web 2.0-ish... meaning that updates should happen without page refresh, etc. I've seen programs built with php + Ajax that accomplish the "feel" I'm aiming for (if that helps). Before beginning work, a skype session may need to be arranged (to better convey the programs features). I can instead make a video outlining everything if more convenient.
