Custom Work to ILance/Freelancer Script (PHP based)

I need custom work done to my PHP based freelance site powered by ILance. Here's what I need: 1. I have 4 subscription plans available to Providers. I need to tie unique final project value fees to each plan. The site is currently set up to assign a final value fee based on category. I need it tied to the subscription plan instead. 2. I've added two templates to the base ILance software. I need some of the existing functionality in the base software added to the two templates I've created. I need slight variations of the Category Listings added to both templates I've created 3. I need the Registration logic modified. Currently, the site allows a drop down menu for the user to select between registering as an Employer or Provider. I prefer to have both options present on the page as Links. "Register as Employer" and Register as Provider." There is only one plan for Employers, and there are 4 plans for Providers. If the user selects Register as Employer, they should only see the Employer subscription plan. If they select "Register as Provider", they should only see the 4 plans for Providers. 4. Im having slight alignment issues on some of the pages within the site. They are very minor, but I need these adjusted.
