I need a custom Auction or Reseller website tailored toward Timeshare resales. The website should allow sellers to post available weeks up for sale and buyers to bid on or buy the available slots. SQL and PHP is what is required I'm guessing, since the buyers and sellers will be selecting from a database of hotel locations. If you can modify [login to view URL] or other off-the-shelf-programs to tailor it to sell schedule times that would be okay as well. Also I would like the ability for users to login, give star ratings to others, and of course an integrated Paypal checkout cart. The checkout also should provide me, the website owner, a percentage of all completed transactions. All the goodies found in auction websites. One unique thing I would like is for buyers to be able to pay funds to sellers, but my website would hold the funds in escrow until the buyer likes what they see. After checking out the place buyers then can release the funds to the seller, or they can repeal the funds... but either way I get a sales percentage. Hi I am interested with this Customized auction site development. It would be easier to develop a custom script otherthan configuring existing scripts such like phpprobid.com. Becasue you will be able to add unlimited features as well as customized with flexible hands. But please think the custom development may take few more days than scripts installation. If you are interested I shall show you few of the sample with the similiar functions you want to add to the proposed site. But I have not developed an entire auction site yet.
