Design My Tube Script Theme Skin

I have a tube script that is built for an adult website that I would like to have a custom skin made. The script is tubeace, I can provide some of the basic graphic files like the photos. Your job is to take the photos and apply your magic in photoshop and html php etc to make a skin / theme that stands out from all the rest think redtube, tube8, pornhub, etc etc but better! I am also looking for php coders as well to do some custom integration if you posses any of these skills please pm me and submit a bid.
