Development of a web based portal

The web portal that is required needs to be completed to a very tight and fixed deadline of the 11th of July 2011. I therefore need a very experienced person or team to complete this project to the deadline and to a high standard. The person/team will need to demonstrate their experience/expertise, portfolio of work and good track record for completing projects to the deadline and to a high quality. The project will consist of the following elements: - Development of forms/pages to allow the capturing of content from users (HTML, PHP, Javascript, etc.) - Ability to translate page designs accurately into the relevant HTML and CSS - Creation of a database to drive website content and store user input - The system will need to be fully localised in a minimum of 11 languages and for 23 countries (page content, form content, addresses, etc.). - Understanding of best practices when creating user interfaces (UI experience) - Experience with working with API's and/or XML feeds, along with exporting content (integrating) to 3rd party systems - May require integration into an eCommerce portal (will be confirmed within the project) Additional skills that would be great but not essential for the project: - A creative designer who can work with the project manager to develop 14 brand web pages/templates Again the deadline is very tight so I will be looking to hire by early next week so let please let me know your availability and interest in taking on this project.
