affiliate page needed to existing site with trackable code

require a page so affiliates can sign up for registration on my health supplement site. they should be able to log in their own account and track sales via their unique code and vice versa so we know what traffic came from which affiliate. each user will have a unique tracking code associated with his account, and when he distribute the link to his referrals, it will be stored automatically once the referral visit and take the action assigned. user friendly control panel for users to use and track referrals easily, and also a management panel for you. please read the description carefully. this isnt for a basic page to be added.
