Audio Program(repost)

**I would like to come up with a program that will work like two other programs I have only with a twist.** **The first program is called Natural Reader, with Natural Reader you can highlight any text and either listen to it or recorded to an MP3 file.** **Natural Reader when installed, is also put on some other programs like Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and some browsers.** **It comes two ways. You can buy it with a computer-generated voice or you can buy it with two more natural sounding voices. You can also purchase other voices. You can get the voices in multiple languages.** **The second program is called Web Audio Plus, with Web Audio Plus you can do two things. One you can record a message and change it to an SWF file. Two you can upload an MP3 file and change it to an SWF file.** **It comes with about six different style audio buttons and multiple button colors and background colors. You can select a three button or a single button.** **I would like to come up with a program that combines the two and the twist would be that the button, when put on a web page will follow as you scroll, on the left or the right hand side. So if you wanted to pause or stop the audio you could do it no matter where you are on the page.** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Xp, Vista, in all versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape and Firefox.
