Auto scandisk for XP/2000

I would like someone to create a .exe program that I can put in a scheduled task and when time it will reboot the computer and scan all drives. I have captured the reg difference to verify it is a registry setting. I need the executable to reboot the computer and run scandisk when run in a scheduled task. No installation file needed, just the .exe command to do that.
