Blackberry Time Tracking

Time tracking software for Blackberry. Must be compatible with BB Storm. Need: Track time and expenses by project/client. Need ability to review, edit, add, delete individual entries. Here is how I want it to work. Setup projects Project/Client Name Rate charged for work (hourly rate) Select project, click start time (timer starts) click end time (timer stops) information screen pops up requesting details. Drop down list of activities or enter activity. Enter details of activity (description) Total time displayed based on start and end time. Total charge for activity based on hourly rate and total time. Option to change rate for activity. Total charge woudl be recalculated based on new input for this entry. Save Edit any entry, project, start date, end date, start time, end time, activity, description, total time, hourly rate. Add new entry, allows manual entry of any and all variables previously described. Add expenses, project, date, description, costs. Add mileage, project, date, description, rate. Reporting. Ability to view date range reports for any project or activity. Ability to create invoice report which would also include expenses and mileage per project. Need to be able to send report via email from phone as attachment. Report should be in csv format compatible with excel. HTML formatted reporting would be a nice addition to this if possible. It would be really nice to have the ability to sync to my web site or this could be marketed, save to any website. Windows Desktop sync. need to able to pull all data into centralized folder and make backups of data. Windows Desktop software, not only needs to sync but have the ability to create csv and html type reports for invoicing. This software is for our internal use, but if designed successfully to work with other BB devices, we my sell commercially to recover development costs. BB Storm compatibility required. Other BB devices compatibility is OK. MS Win XP and Vista compatibility for desktop required. Recap: Software to keep track of time spent on various projects. Report data in form of invoice. Thanks ## Deliverables The interface of this software must be intuitive for both the Blackberry and Desktop. If the sync can be done via the web, this must also be very easy to use.
