Cartoon images for forum avatars

I am installing a mod for my forum, and I need images created for it. Here is the mod that is being installed: [login to view URL] You will see you start off with a base image, and the user can purchase additional images, that will layer over top of the base image. The following page has more information on how to create images for the mod, specs, etc: [login to view URL] What I need done: My forum is a bodybuilding forum. What I want is a skinny character for the base character, it can even similar to the base one on the pages above (with skinnier calves (below the knee)). I want him to be bald. I want image haircuts that are transparent that can be layered over top, approx 10 haircuts, all different. I want seperate body parts two different sizes. One size will be big, and one size will be HUGE. The body parts that will need to be done will be: Forearms, biceps/triceps, traps (beside the neck), shoulders, chest, waist (made smaller with abs), quads, and calves. The guy will originally be in a small speedo, like: [login to view URL] I also want 3 different versions of layered speedos available, which will be a joke. It will have a bigger bulge on each one. Here is the tricky part. Each image needs to be able to work on the original image no matter what body parts are upgraded. So if just the chest is BIG, the edges must overlap perfectly on the body. If the chest is big, and shoulders are big, it all must overlap smoothly, and look good... and so on.
