Community Server Coding

Hi! I am not sure if there are coders on here for this but I am looking to do various things with a Community Server Small Business version... It is mostly tweaks and changes, nothing too difficult but beyond me... ## Deliverables We can add to this once we talk as I do not know what is and what is not possible... However in essence... * Want to lose the "help" button top right of the site which takes my members off to COmmunity Server * CReate WYSIWYG member details with it keeping paras they put in and allowing them to bold and do hyperlinks... at present it puts them all into text * Assign ALL members directly to the newsletter without tick box... adding infromation that they can untick it in their settings * Adding some buttons leading to some static pages (3 or 4) to the top banner where the forums buttons etc are. * Setting up of crossposting and advice on all of the places the CS can crosspost to * Some simple design tweaks. There are other things but these are the main ones... I want someone who has expreicne with CS abnd has done this sort of thing before... ## Platform COmmnuity Server
