Add QueryLoader2 Script to existing Wordpress Template

Looking for someone to add the QueryLoader 2 Script ([login to view URL]) to an existing, very simple Wordpress template without it clashing with an already existing custom jQuery image fade-out script (it's a 3 line script, nothing fancy). Should be a very quick fix, I'm just not seeing where the problem is as I'm just getting started with jQuery and know Wordpress handles custom jQuery a bit different than a normal website template.
