Building a WordPress multi installation management system

FIRST RULES FOR BID * Project with milestones where no prepayment! First payment will done when show design for frontpage and innerpage. * A sketch on design in the bid would be nice but i would not demand. If someone do great sketch and not rewarded the project I may give a small payment for the work. * A bid shall include a private message explain what functions and service and how you plan solve them. * Final payment will be done when the site is up and running (Min 30%). There shall be minimum of 4 payments. WordPress Management service Hi Background: I am running 100 WordPress blogs on multiple servers for our students today and have different groups manage different groups of the sites. I been using ManageWP but as the number of blogs expand the price grown.. And if could make some dollars as business it would be great. So take look on that site and write me suggestion on how could do it better. So when bid on this give me small spec what your solution can manage, timeline and price.
