Changing comment link color

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.3.2, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers. I want the following change made on the home page, category page and archive pages: At the bottom of each post on these pages there is a link that says "comment" in Hebrew. The link is currently in Black. I want the link in blue: #0066CC See [login to view URL] Work will be done on a test site and when successful on a live site. The work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should allow 2 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
