Changing the WP Ajax Edit Comments plugin

My site is avelim.org.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.5.1, using the theme Weaver II Pro I have the WP Ajax Edit Comments plugin currently installed [login to view URL] This plugin is in English an from left to right. I want 1. The directions of all the fields, cursor and wring created by the plugin should be from left to right 2. All the text displayed by the plugin to be in Hebrew (I will supply the translations) all wording created by the plugin to be changed to Hebrew, Freelancer should send me an amended version of the plugin. Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should send me a zip file of the plugin to install. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
