Combine Wordpress Functionality from Two Themes

I need to combine the functionality of two themes for my new website that I am working on. I have setup two different sites that run on two different themes. I would like to keep this site as my main site ( [login to view URL]), however I would like to blend the portfolio functionality of this theme that I have set up ( [login to view URL]) for my portfolio page. It is called titanium folio and I have already purchased it. The hybrid theme that you will be creating needs to be a seamless blend in the control panel. Let me know if this can be done, I look forward to working with someone.
