Create Wordpress Theme From PSD

I have a PSD template that I want made into a wordpress theme. This needs to be done by somebody who fully understands wordpress and the latest WordPress standards and practices. This theme, when created, must be checked using the plugin "Theme Check" The theme MUST pass this plugins checks, with no warnings or recommended changes. The theme must also function properly and as expected. As an example, if an article has an image which is supposed to be aligned to the left, with the text wrapped around it, that's exactly what is to happen. I am looking for a long term working relationship with a very good theme creator and this theme is a kind of test project. If It turns out well, with no issues, I have many more themes that need to be built, and we'll be able to make a good living together. Please do not bid a silly high price as I'll ignore it. I am treating this project as a means to show me your skills, and am not prepared to pay a lot of money for the privilege. The lowest bid, that has the relevant skills will get this job. Once the theme has been created, I will need you to either send me the theme, so I can check it, OR, I will need you to give me temporary guest access to the wordpress dashboard, so I can make sure everything is as it should be. In summary, I am simply looking for a reliable, competent, wordpress expert and /or designer. Attached is the psd so take a look and only bid if you KNOW you can make a theme from it.
