Customize Wordpress Theme

Hello, I need some basic custom work on my theme. I have attached some photos which explains what needs to be done. The theme that I have is currently responsive. So any CSS work that is done has to be adjustable to tablet, and mobile resizing. The files that I have attached are photos. There are three screen shots. 1. Name: Screen Shot 2013-08-08 at 11.45.10 [login to view URL] - Shows the post format options, and which formats that I want custom work done. 2. The other two screen shots are of the site, showing the Video and Gallery post. I have outlined how they currently show, and how I would like the custom work to be done, by drawing on the screen shots. 3. This file ([login to view URL]) is a mock up file that I did to show you how it should look when all done. The Video files have an option see file (Screen Shot 2013-08-09 at 12.21.22 [login to view URL]), to insert iframe video. I need the iframe to be responsive and adjustable to the screen size, tablet or mobile. I am using the Ooyala Video Wordpress Plugin, which outputs a shortcode. I need that shortcode to work in the video post format. Thank you for taking the time to view this project.
