I need to made a vbulletin forum into a adsense revenue share site.
The users will need to have an option to upload their owns ads, also, depending the usergroup in vbulletin that they have, the user will win more or left money. Example user with rank 1 50/50, but user with rank 2 60/40.
In addition, it will be great if i could aprove their ads before.

will user adds appear on user own generated contents or on all pages ?
which version of vbulletin are you running ?
