Assist with site migration

We are currently deploying a new version of our site. It has grown organically over the years and involved a number of different developers. Now that we have embarked on the site migration, which includes a domain name change, we have discovered a lot of hidden issues. We require a skilled PHP developer to initially work with use to solve a specific issue relating to authentication, however based on cost and competency there is a significant amount of work remaining. We are using JIRA for Issue tracking and Bitbucket as a source code repository. Seems like a simply enough fix, however I'm failing to locate the issue and a second set of eye's would be greatly appreciated.
