Adv Report System (re post)

I want this mod updated as the author abandoned it years ago for phpbb2. I would like this mod updated so I can use it on phpbb3. Of course the problem is that phpbb3 has a report system so it cant be updated as I just realized. Ooopps. So I would want the features ADDED to phpbb3 existing report system as described in the phpbb2 mod above. Only thing it will not need is the add/edit/delete report reasons. I will want the rest of the features described in the phpbb2 mod. So this means the additional features of the old one would have to work with the report system already built in to phpbb3 existing report system. This mod requires alot fo SQL and php coding. I will not pay more then $100.00 USD for this as I have provided the source code that really just needs to be updated for phpbb3. I also require the writer to have it installed on a test forum for me to try before payment is received.
