Backend Dev. for Housing Swap Website

Backend development for a housing swap website that allows users to list their available housing and allows them to communicate with interested parties. The language will be PHP. We already have web hosting, domain name, and front end design. We will provide you with all the various information you may need to finish. Again, please let me know your price and time frame. If you are not able to complete everything please let me know which sections you are able to do. -- Below is a list of the various parts of the website that you will require your help: -Login/Logout Standard User ID and Password -Registration: Standard registration page to obtain User ID/password or register through Facebook option -Heat Map: This will be a map of their local area. There will be orange dots to show where the listings are generally located on the map. -User’s Profile Page: Contains all your information for other users to see (pictures, housing info, and open listings). Option to “friend” other user which is adding them to your contact list. Allows user to view/list all of their housing, view their friends, and friends’ activity. The site will have a ranking system based off of points. -Points System: User will be able to earn points based on activity/loyalty to this site Point system is based on: how many friends you have, how many housing listings you post, your rating from other users and etc. -Listings: To make a housing listing, user will have to enter all needed info related to the housing. All info (except housing address) will be entered via drop down selections. Users will also be able to upload images about the housing. Users can be contacted about their listing directly through their listings page. -Search: Users who are NOT logged in can still search for housings; the info will be limited until they register for an account. Several search criteria will be available for the search from drop down menus and the results should be sortable. -Internal Messaging System: Simple messaging system allows users to send and receive messages to each other. If user receives a new message they will receive notification on profile and by e-mail.
