ClickBank Clone

I need a PHP application to clone ClickBank affiliate network. I need to script to allow anyone to add a product to the directory and specify the categories, URL, "Thank-You" page URL, price and commission. The product will be pending approval before it becomes available for affiliates. Users should be able to be both affiliates and vendors with the same login. When a client clicks the order button, it will be transfered to the site to provide payment information (no need to write the gateway module, as I'll be using my own payment gateway - just call a function and store the info it returns). Unlike ClickBank, vendors should be able to have more then one product under the same username, and can attach promotional material (banners, articles, etc) to each product to help their affiliates (you can see this at PayDotCom). The application MUST use smarty to separate logic from layout and MUST use external language files. I need to start working on this immediately and have it ready by the end of the month (August 2006). Payment will be made via PayPal only for your protection as well as mine.
