Clone Insurance broker software

We have an Insurance Broker software package, and wish to build a live application based on this. We wish to reuse the database from the existing system. Features include: 1. Add Customer 2. Customer Search 3. Create and edit policies for Customers 4. Print reports of Customer activity, and summary reports of money collected. 5. Scan customer documents into system.
