Dating Site -Features Update

I have a fully functional dating website that I need to add a few features to my site: 1. Approve pics. When a male or female ads a new i want it so say pending untill it is approved by the admin panel. 2. Ip address--on the profile i want it to show what country the user is from based on the ip address 3. report abuse- drop down text box that allows someone to report abuse...this will appear in the admin panel for administration to review reported abusers. 4. FOR WOMAN PROFILES ONLY: Woman can request there profile to be verified. I want a link advertised somewhere where the woman can see it when they login. A link somewhere for when the woman is logged in she can request that her profile be verified. these verification requests will apear to the admin panel. Please see a detailed description in the attached file. This is a womans profile from my site, that I added notes to with paint. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THE ATTACHEMENT CAREFULY FOR FULL DETAILS. PLEASE NOTE: This is already a working site...we are adding features to an existing website. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE LONG. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT DO THIS WORK. I DO NOT WANT TO WORK WITH ANY PROGRAMERS THAT ARE NOT CAPABLE TO HANDLE THE PROJECT THEY BID ON. This should be a quick project.
