Developer in PHP, MySQL and AJAX

I need a professional developer. I have to get a number of work to do in next 12 months. First project is to fix a PHP software by putting some changes, it is a minor changes and I like to discuss if it is a good solution to put some AJAX into that system. After that I will start to develope a new system who is an accountable system and time management system. It's in PHP and AJAX. I also need to fix several homepage and design a new web for my product. I need a professional people who I can contact any day at the week (weekends also) and return audacious work without delay. I will use the payment transaction option on the GetaFreelancer web so I will not use Western Union or nothing else, and I will not pay any in advance.
