B2B OPTIMIZATION - open to bidding

Hello my project is a B2B PORTAL OPTIMIZATION (ALIBABA LIKE) . The code is already functional however I need 2 jobs. [login to view URL] the Admin BackOffice Area from Chinese into Engish (I need you to find the locale files and php structure to translate). And translate the Front User Area to 2 languages: Portuguese, English and keep the Chinese (I need a dropdown menu for each of these on the frontal area. You can find the files and send me instructions back on how to translate into my own languages) 2. I need to Change the Design Style of the frontal area (Implement a Column of categories on the left, similar to Alibaba).
