Convert HTML Files

I need to covert just over 1,000 html pages from the old look to the new look design. All the content is the same, just that in most cases the pages will go from three columns to two columns. There is an example of how all the old pages should look in the folder named xample. The necessary css and js folders are included. All the older files are in the folders names Batch1, 2, etc. Each layout of these pages is slightly different but they all have the same key info that needs to be moved: transcript, audio player and link, images of speaker, flags for the speakers origin, main image, etc. Attached are the sample files.
