Background Removal

I am in need of a photoshop expert. What I need is for the attached image of a chair to be made transparent. Im not talking about just an outline of the couch. I need this chair to include all of the shadows and the the fabric texture as well. So when this is done, I can apply any background color to it and it will still look very realistic. I am open to any other suggestions as well. Once the winning bidder has finished the project, the image will then be used on a website that will allow specific colors to show through the transparent areas of the chair that users can pick.
