Re-creation of some office furniture models as low-poly

Input: We have about 20-30 (for now) office furniture models in .max format.\r\nOutput: We need low-poly versions of them, each in the specifications below:\r\n\r\n- one single triangulated mesh.\r\n- vertex/triangle count should not go over 1500/2000 (the lesser the better: furniture are going to be displayed on 10 inches mobile device screen at best and won\\\'t be at close-up).\r\n- one single albedo texture (i.e.: non-lighted/non-shaded/plain diffuse color) in 24 bits color depth .png file format.\r\n- no transparent/alpha blended part.\r\n- each vertex should contain one single uv channel (mapped to the albedo texture) and normal.\r\n- unit is meter (1.0 = one meter) and vertices should be at real world size (no mesh scaling / scale = (1.0,1.0,1.0)).\r\n- orientation should be right-handed and z-up.\r\n- file format should be blender or fbx.\r\n\r\nFor just to be sure that we are in the same phase we are uploading one of the files as a sample in .max format
