Alter some Images – mask out background on 4 corporate headshots

I have 4 individual corporate head shots. I require the background to be masked out, preferably using alpha masking to pick up the fine details in hair. (see low res example attached). Unfortunately I need this done within 24 hours, as another company has let me down and cannot deliver the files in time.
