Complete an almost-finished graphic design

I recently had a graphic design created for me which was made by a graphic design artist on Freelancer. Unfortunately the designer let me down when it came to making a few minor alterations to the finished product. He had agreed to submit revisions once payment was made, but I could not contact him after this, and my emails were ingored. Anyhow I have a design which is pretty much complete.... I have the design in the following formats: *.ai *.cdr *.eps *.psd What I want is to change the name of the company at the top from "The Little Plate Co." to "My Little Plate" I also want the files to be delivered in the five colour combinations that were originally submitted to me for review.....the five colour combinations I simply have as aJPG preview files, but I want them as final high resolution files. So Just to be clear, I want the following: 1. The logo to be changed. 2. The final design to be submitted back to me in 5 colour formats (I will supply the preview image for colour matching) and the five colours each supplied in high resolution for printing. for someone who knows what they are doing, this should not take more than 1 hour. I have attached a preview of the image I want to change.
