Create textures for a 3D bathroom. Requires a real digital artist to paint on the model.

First off, do not bid if you intend to bargain. In other words, no haggling! I need an artist to texture a 3D bathroom better than I can texture it. This bathroom is very easy to texture! The UVs are laid out very logically and there is plenty of space to texture it beautifully. If this project doesn't make sense to you, please do not bid on it. This bathroom is going inside of a videogame that does not render reflections so the shine/realism needs to be part of the texture itself. This 3D model has 8 materials and it is already UV mapped. I don't want you to change the model or UV map at all. I just need it textured beautifully. This project requires someone who is an artist and someone who has the skills to paint directly onto the model. This can be done inside your 3D program or inside photoshop itself. You only need to texture 4 materials (four 1024x1024 textures) I need this bathroom to have faux shine like the examples. Those examples are not rendering any light or shading or anything, the examples show fake shine that is part of the texture itself. The object is 8 materials but I only need 5 textures. I don't need textures for the toilet water, bathtub water, walls/floor, or bath towel. In other words, I need the faux shine to be baked into the texture. It needs to be part of the texture. I also need your rendered AO maps so I can combine your textures with the Ambient occlusion maps inside photoshop before I upload this bathroom inside a video game. Let's say, for example, you buy a 3D model on turbosquid.com. You will not only get the model, but you will get all the textures, AO maps, and sometimes even specular and bump maps... I need the textures for this model! Below is a photo of my textures that I created ("my_texture_for_the_bathroom\") Please don't bid on this project unless you think you can texture it better than me. I am not very good at texturing. I am hoping your texture quality will be a bit like "example_1" and "example_2" The 3D model will be in either .dae, .3ds, or .obj. However you prefer. The texture "My ugly sample" is the texture I created for the wooden parts (and mirror). This is one object with 8 materials. If you don't know how to use multiple materials for one object, please do not bid on this. I have also included an example texture that I made (for the wood part/legs/mirror) with the shading baked in. It's not very good. I am just sharing it with you so you know what I expect for each material. I'm a blender user. If this project doesn't make sense to you, please do not bid on it.
