Do some 3D Modelling

I am working on a performance stage layout for a client that is 20' x 20'. I need a freelancer to create a sketch showing a layout of the stage side and rear walls. This should be a simple sketch for insertion into an existing Sketchup model and then a higher quality rendering (in freelancers choice of software) for presentation to the client. The stage side walls will angle inward slightly moving towards the rear wall, to create forced perspective for the appearance of increased stage depth. There will be bookshelves on either side wall, reaching 6' at the lowest point. Above 6', there will be 20-30 different sized rectangles, with one large image spread across all of the rectangles. Below 6' on the rear wall will be a neon sign for the venue. I will provide a simple sketch showing the intended layout, a photo for the finish of the shelves, and a photo of the neon sign. This rendering is to present concept only, so as long as it looks professional and captures the overall feel / intent, I will not be picky about the details. Need to also show two speakers hanging at the front and a some stage lighting at the rear. Again, these elements can be generic and positions don't require any precision. Would be great to find someone who can do good work quickly and cost effectively with minimal direction for a longer term relationship.
