I need to design trnasciver data link circuits between controller and CCTV PTZ camera. That transciver data link circuits is RS 422 wireless data link circuits. That circuits are with antenna that encrypted digital video and audio.

Hi, your request is ambiguous. If you want an encrypted wireless transmission of command and video signal the type of protocol can't be RS422. The RS422 protocol can tx/rx only the command and it is current based (need a cable). One of possibility is to use a bidirectional radio module with proprietary protocol but the fast and "easy" solution is to use wifi module wich can tx/rx data and command connected to uP can control PTZ command. It'is very important to know the transmission distance. On all case the budget is low for this application.
