Alarm clock application for iPhone

Hi, I'm looking for a developer to build alarm clock application for iOS devices. I want the following functionality to be included: * Work in the background (iOS 4 compatible) * Wake up to built-in sounds * Wake up to your iPod library * Wake up to streaming audio (shoutcast internet radio) * An option for the audio to gradually fade in for X seconds * If streaming audio selected and the source can not be contacted the application should see this and play a pre set backup sound from the built-in sounds or iPod library. **Optional functions for later:** * iPad version * Weather display in the clock screen Cheers!
