Check payments in SberBank and Alfa Bank (Russia)

Is there a apis for alpha bank and sder bank access? I can do it without one, but i would need to login to an account at both the banks to see how the content is strucutured. IE i need your username and password to set up the system. i have done datamining in finance,sports and news. I can do web automation. [login to view URL]
