Architectural Rendering and Site Plan -- upscale urban

We are looking for someone that can take line drawings and create presentable site plan and building renderings. This project is in the early stages and we want to present basic concept to the land owner and city planners. I can provide you with a topographic map of the area, a simple site drawing along with some pencil perspective drawings showing street views. We need someone that can take this basic information (residential and commercial spaces) and turn it into presentation ready materials. This first step is to create a decent looking site plan and a street view rendering, more work to follow if the quality is there. The area that these buildings are being proposed is urban and built with brick. I will provide the location so that building elements can be taken for use in the rendering process. 3D rendering would be the next logical step in the presentation process, more on that later
