Hi, We usually take pictures for reference and sculpt them in Zbrush for a high realistic poly model and make the model topology in Maya for rigging and animation. We can make a test or show some work done in Zbrush using Skype or a Record Video of the process to create it if you want.. I can create the 3D model with Autodesk Revit of the building , edit and improve the render with Photoshop.

Hello. I am a 3D modeller and have modelled many 3D models for architectural visualization. I have made different building and am well versed with the aspects of lighting, texturing and rendering of architecture building. My approach to this project is to model the car service building first as it serves as the basis of the project. I would then add a simple car model to portray the car service. It would also have many cars to show that it is busy and provides excellent service hence its popularity. I am new freelancer and would really like to work on this project so as to portray my skills.
