I have been working on PV projects for about 24-years. In order to provide an accurate bid, one will need some more information. The minimum will be: - Is this for electrical design only, or will the scope need to include geotechnical and topographic surveys, civil work design and site demolition? - What is your project implementation schedule? - Do you have specific equipment in mind or do you need me to specify that for you? - How often would you prefer an engineering site visit during construction? - How many sites will this cover? - What is the capacity intended for the sites? - I see you are from India. Do you need an Indian PE to stamp the drawing set as part of the deliverable? We will provide all engineering for the project, as well as work with the permitting authority having jurisdiction during the permitting process. During construction, we will review all submittals from contractors as well as perform periodic site visits during construction. We will also perform project commissioning per your requirements. The cost quoted is only a placeholder at this time until one can get more information and we can determine a proper scope of work. Any other information you can provide will be very helpful.

although this would be my first job here in freelancer if i get this from you but definitely not the first in solar PV designing.
